Currently, due to the values of the aircrafts, fire extinguishing systems are installed at the highest level of aircraft hangars. Although some people don't realize it, the systems installed are for the protection of buildings rather than airplanes. However, systems made according to these designs will naturally protect the aircraft. The fire extinguishing systems used in the hangars provide the highest level of control and extinguishing against Class A and Class B fires that may arise during service, paint and maintenance hazards.
